T3C Nullification Changes

Hey CCP,

Can you add an additional slot to the T3C Nulli Subsystem to make up for losing a mod slot to use a Nulli Mod? I mean they’re already hit with the Drone Bandwidth nerf if they use the Nulli Mod, give them some love and let them have more fitting options.

Good point. In fact all ships that lost their passive nullification bonus should have an extra slot added for the new module.
