I have a question. If i have a corp member who legitmate earn isk by mining or ratting and decide to donate huge billions say 100b to another corp member due his extensive helps in game and RL…
Does that consider as RMT?
It only becomes real money transfer if that player now takes that isk out of game and sells it for real money then anyone that sent him money in-game is now tied up in that and will be punished.
So be-careful who you give mass amounts of isk to.

Why would they when it is already clear what is considered RMT. Based on that a fairly none intelligent person can surmise that what you are asking is not RMT.
