By “my group” I meant “my corp” that joined NC. specifically for the war, the day it started officially ^^

The majority of people don’t join a massive collective because they are looking for a fight, they join it to become part of that collective: to hide in it so they can hide their low effort play style and can grind in peace.

People who are actively looking for conflict will generally join smaller entities that are more mobile, that aren’t held back as much by carebear politics and which are easier to attack others and BE attacked by others.

There are exceptions of course but those are exactly that: exceptions. The vast VAST majority of people who join massive groups do so because they want the safety of the pack herd where they don’t have to think for themselves.

That is a whole lot of unfounded assumptions. Have you asked, at least a few, players why they join big groups?
