I logged in to eve a few minutes ago and first contract I saw was a 2 billion RMT contract and the dude linking it in local lol.
It really feels like they are dropping the ball big time on handling this problem.
Further more make sure to read and reply before the ISD locks this for discussing rmt, even though the mail petitions to security team bout RMT don’t even get replied to anymore, leaving us zero recourse or solutions.

Im a tad confused. Isnt selling Plex for isk technically RMT or selling isk for Plex? The whole premise of being able to buy Plex for real money then sell said purchased Plex for in game currency (isk) is the same as if someone was to buy a ship for real money directly the only difference is the money stays completely in CCP hands. So do you mean someone was seriously trying to sell 2b for money? People will seriously try any way to make a buck off something people enjoy wont they.
I do not advocate using real money on anything other then Plex. I just simply do not understand to which means RMT is present in eve.
Technically just a scam. 
Not my experience. Every time I’ve reported RMT I’ve received a response. Obviously I don’t get or expect an update on the issue but always receive an assurance that it’ll be investigated.
So because they aren’t answering, you know they are ignoring your petition? File-13’d it and /lol’d?
Your recourse and solution remains as it was before - and what you’re already doing. Submit a ticket. Their lack of answer does not automatically mean they’re ignoring your ticket.
Regarding their handling of the overall problem of RMT, I agree they could be doing more… but manpower is a limited resource. That’s probably their bottleneck. 
This is like those old examples of the Ford Pinto explosions, whatever that manufacturing plant waste runoff one was, or others where companies do cost/benefit analysis and make decisions solely on money.
In the Ford Pinto example Engineers found out Ford Pintos would explode and kill people.
They calculated out how much it would take to recall and fix cars.
Then they calculated how much it would be to just settle the lawsuits/pay fines/let people explode.
The “let people explode and pay the fines” way was very much cheaper.
So that’s what they did.
CCP ARENT STUPID. THEY FIGURED OUT RMT/BOTTERS ACTUALLY BENEFIT THEM AND MAKE THEM MORE MONEY.
ITS NOT AN ACCIDENT BOTTERS ARE ALLOWED TO RUN RAMPANT FOR YEARS AND YEarS!

OP, maybe they’re tired of your constant reports. Get back to your jita scamming and stop trying to make your own 100% honest contracts do better. They’re on to you, time to work a different angle.

lol - I’m not the one constantly complaining about something that is obviously not going to be done the way I want yet I keep doing the same thing and expect different results. I’m not the one drawing attention to myself here and in jita local to brag about my little scam contracts.
