The Great 2020 CODE Hunt ( 4B+ in Bounties Paid-out so far!)

Killboard says we are winning the battle of Uedama. I can understand why you no longer wish to bankroll the failures.

Thanks for that quote.

And that one too.

This one kill is multiples of everything AG has managed to do, and that’s just one kill.

There’s not even one AG in Uedama. Did you guys all just quit?

Not been on a great deal over the last 4 day but seen a number of fail ganks myself and gankers messing there loot pick up .

Saying that never seen numbers like it before in Uedama they are really racking up the kills.
Null getting boring?

I’ll step it up

New Rule: This has been suggested from the start and now it’s time to implement it.

  • If damage is equal to zero then, at my discretion based on ship type, number of pilots involved and weapon shown, I will decide if that particular pilot qualifies for a bounty payment

Total Bounties Paid: 51.9M

Miner, you need to calm down and swear fealty to your saviourette, Princess Aiko!

Great CONCORD-whoring! Call me when you and your fellow miners stop a gank.

So you notice that it’s few and far between too? I know but they are trying at least and I would think that James would be happy about that. Anything to encourage them to fight right? Isn’t that part of the code?

Has this ever been suggested? This would actually be wrong. What matters is the presence of CONCORD (not faction police) on the kill, not the amount of damage dealt.

A kill with zero damage dealt but no CONCORD typically means the ganker was caught, usually jumping a gate, and is nearly always a good kill unless the ganker managed to kill something there before dying to facpo.

On the other hand, a damage dealing (not E-War) kill with CONCORD on it is always a bad kill, even if damage dealt was 99%, and regardless of whether the victim died or not.

The problematic cases are (1) E-War kills that appear to be damage dealing because some other weapon was also used and that is what the kill shows, and (2) E-War kills that did still make no difference for some reason, but might appear to be good just because the gank failed (e.g. 1-shot Tornados).

Well, you’re not encouraging them to make a meaningful difference.
