Or maybe your ASD can’t comprehend his ASD.
With results often hilarious…
That’s an algorithmic problem that the initial programmer is going to fix eventually.
Anecdotes about faulty algorithms don’t really help. We have the saying “If at first you don’t succeed, you must be a programmer.” for a reason.
A percentage of them breaking, even if a relatively high percentage, would be irrelevant as there’ll still be plenty left. You can’t stop an army either by just disabling one of their soldiers.
Are you seriously trying to tell me that he can’t comprehend a very simple sentence - at all - but manages just fine to post on these forums and play EVE? CCP did a fine job dumbing the game down to almost-moron level, but they haven’t reached “10 levels below village idiot” yet.
No human being able to post here himself could possibly be as dense as that bot is. That’s a giveaway as clear as there ever has been.
But when I have seen how he plays, I could not understand the things he do. Its like someone would jump around in rookie ships around the galaxy, moving meta modules from place to place just for the sake of moving them… what actuall some kind of person with ASD could do I think. Just with some kind of ASD that scope is more than usual maybe.
Completely unrelated but funny in some way…
I don’t think it matters. No disorder is “better” than another or perhaps favourable. As such do I treat him as any other person. I find him unfriendly and avoid him, but I’m also not fighting him. He isn’t the only person I’ve encountered here about whom I can say similar, but I’m not wasting more time on them than it needs to scroll past their comments. I’m simply not here for them, but I’m here for the friendly people.
That’s what intelligent people tell you and want you to believe so they can be more intelligent than you, which is intelligent to do.
I actually never have seen anywhere else as much people so strange like on EVE forums to be honest. I have been active on religious and political and army forums too.
People like Veine Mironme, now lilsteel, or Salvos Rhoska, or other less strange, but still exotic and original, and characteristic in their posting, or in manners.
Its more strange that these people usually post very much but the value of posting is negligible, can be just weird like with lilsteel, or tiring like with Salvos.
And the fact that nobody controls that and we dont have any way of blocking that, its really tiring sometimes.
I really like block feature in EVE for example, it works wonders in chat. Why we dont have something like that on forums? I would use that.
That’s a tribute to the moderation here.
Speaking of characteristics, I find that you are one of the kindest commentators here. I hope you can appreciate this.
Hmm… its exposing us to real misery of humanity, with all flaws…
Mother nature, what have you done?
Thank you, I just want to be constructive, most of the time, but I am not perfect, I am sometimes kind of heckling…
Duuude… in statistic terms, I am more intelligent than 98% of people. And yet sometimes i’ve got stuck with sentences or words I couldn’t understand, i literally couldn’t “see” them, as if they were written behind a wall.
Our brains work in complex ways. They weren’t designed to do what we do, they just happen to do wat they do and so do we. When something goes wrong, it can go shockingly wrong. Understanding language is an extremely difficult task that involves many stages, and not everyody has he same abbility. Here in Spain, there was a TV host whow as very popular an succesful, until one day he got an infection and suffered a allergic reaction that damaged a little, and just a wee tiny little, the Broca area of his brain. And he’s spent the last three years trying to speak again, because that tiny damage to a tiny area of the brain destroyed almost completely his abbility to “find” the words. He can think them, he can pronounce them, he can listen and understand them, but telling his brain what has to say is incredibly difficult to him. And he was a TV host, a very talaktive person… who now struggles to “remember” how in heavens did you do to say “hello” after thinking it.
It’s not stupidity. Sometimes we just don’t understand, and as ASD, you should be aware on how ASD can impact the abbility to understand context or make sense out of words when they don’t match the expected meaning… which might not be the same as everybody else’s.
Now you’re just being silly. It’s almost impossible to be heckling on a forum when everyone does it in every thread all of the time.
Meh. I am more intelligent than 98% of people (two standard deviations) and sometimes I wish people just was like me so they could understand me when I wear my brain’s running shoes. I wish I could just infect them with my intelligence. As I’ve matured (cough) I’ve just come to terms with it, people usually don’t see what to me it’s evident as the sun, they can’t even think themselves into understanding stuff I don’t even need to think to grasp it fully.
This doesn’t makes me right, of course. I might be horribly wrong. But life would be easier to me if people could just point and say “you’re wrong because this” instead of “you don’t understand it, there is not a big fiery ball in the sky you call a San? A Sen? A Son?, Whatever, it’s not a ball of flames in the sky, it’s hot air being blown to your face”.
Some people just are channel kidnappers, they speak just to prevent speak. I wish too there was a block function… at least, thread based (instead of filtering to show only messages from that person on the thread, block messages from that person)
I like to think of myself as having kind of future prediction sense, but dont know if it stems from analysis of some factors leading to certain scenario most probable, or something else.
I predicted that DUST without PC will be gone very soon after PS4 became a reality.
Hoped that CCP will actually develop it to PC, and was disappointed when I heard they scrapped everything with project legion to start anew. Then I had very strong feelings that CCP doesnt make NOVA what dust was, even a bit. So I dont like to be right sometimes, but it looks like it cant be helped, and my power is actually very limited…
Also spirals. They are scary.
That’s intuitive thinking. It’s a gray area with lots of pseudoscience, but some brains just work this way, they do something with random data and draw conclussions with high conviction and (ideally) better than random chance of being right.
I’ve experienced it too with EVE Online, this is why took seriously my hunch that it would be gone around november 2023, and changed it for 2021 after seeing fist hand what has happened to highsec. I was right when I guessed that CCP would be abandoning avatars altogether until WiS people left and they coudl get rid fo the CQ, I was right when I guessed that they needed a new server to go F2P and that SP trading was a sign of incoming F2P, I was right with my hunch that CCP Seagull got it wrong with Customer Oriented Desig a nd the Rubicon Plan would destroy highsec population and drag PCU down for no gain, i was right to guess that F2P would increase base PCU by about 15% and then go down and I am about to be right that after F2P faded new players would go down and that would (will/may) have a negative impact.
Conversely, I was wrong to guess that someone would murder another one over a corp theft (I sitll could be right some day, though), was wrong to guess that Mittens would disband the Goons after growign bored of them (he started the media thing instead) and was wrong to think that WoD would be a good game after all (CCP surpassed its own incompetence with that).
I look at your avatar and now I see it smiles in kind of smug way.
Nah, it’s for the cleavage.
And, off to bed! Nighties lovelies!
Not understanding the meaning of
- stop responding to my posts
- stop writing your constant ■■■■■■■■
- stop annoying me
- stop accusing me of random ■■■■ (wanting to steal your non-existent wife)
that I’ve written in very clear words more than once and got completely unrelated gibberish responses to are not “getting stuck with a sentence”. Especially not when it didn’t happen just once or twice, but literally every single time.
It’s a spam bot, not a person.
I was again rewatching the CCC theory video with Roger Penrose and now I think only that its some kind of universe that works like fractals work, by constant expansion and repeating of certain structures over and over. These structures so miniscule in scale and so big like galaxies, cyclically repeating, losing scale, and all the miniscule effects affecting the next result, like removing all the text someone wrote in a book and placing a coma there, and next writer sees that and thinks why is it here, and why would someone put it there, and writes whole book about that coma, then deletes it and places just a coma there for the next writer that comes, and smiles thinking about what the next writer will write about it, and if he will also delete it and place coma there…
