It reminds me of a story from Iraq or Afghanistan or somewhere like that. A team of UK soldiers were ambushed and their commanding officer, seeing his men trapped and without a clear escape route, ordered them to set bayonets and charge on the nearest roadblock. And so they did and, one by one, cleared the roadblocks ahead of them and eventually made the terrorists flee.
In this time and age, seeing a squad of guys crazy enough to charge on your position with the intent or shooting you or ripping your guts open with a fuckin’ knife still is a thing…
