At least fanfest was already shutdown in 2019, so shouldn’t be that surprising for it to be shut down in 2020 as well. HOWEVER… will EVE Vegas also be shut down come October? Stay tuned.
Everything should be until there is vaccine developed. 
Every city where is a case closed and only food and hospital supplies could go in. Nothing out. No people going in or out, the drivers changing after desinfecting the cabin.
Well, they say 12 to 18 months, so… that means not only Fanfest 2020 cancelled but also EVE Vegas 2020 and Fanfest 2021 cancelled. Maybe the vaccine will be distributed in time for EVE Vegas 2021.
That’s pretty bleak, both for EVE implications but also in general.
Another option is the pandemic sweeps the world and everyone will either be infected and asymptomatic, infected and suffering but recovering, or infected and dead. And once everyone’s sick… no one’s sick. It’ll just be our new cold/flu to deal with every year, and we can start to vaccinate by winter 2021-2022 and ho hum.
