I’m afraid that 16 such units won’t achieve that multiplication of speed for some reasons.
It doesn’t quite function that way for energy and mass ratio.

A near Earth space vacuum cleaner.
If only it could regenerate the Ozone layer faster, which was burned from rocket fuel, so that it can protect us better from the Sun poisonous rays, even though the Ozone layer is also poisonous to us.
It’s sort of a poison to stop another poison, except that only those 2 work together.
It doesn’t work with the other poison that we use and create.

Time for me to go to sleep. Nighties lovelies!
Also: in a move completelely unexpect to noone, the Just Wait Space Telescope is delayed again
To make things more interesting, the Ariane 5 rocket will be retired on 2022, so if the JWST hasn’t launched by then this would force NASA to a) pay to keep the Ariane 5 infrastructure operative until launch or b) choose to integrate the JWST into an Ariane 6 rocket (which would delay the launch for a couple years)
A taste of the sebs videos.
Last time I played the old forum was still up and running, so: bck!
c) the brand new COVID-19 project, integrated into the environment. I mean, it’s only 3 years late by 2022… (It doesn’t include how many years it is ahead of it’s time, or, millennia, because it would not make it seem to be late enough for the client’s liking.)
There’s no such thing as an astronomical figure as long as it has no face !

While generations ships are the solutions, how, is more complex. There is the gravity problem to solve, so that the generations are healthy enough to arrive.
2ndly, probes are easier to reach there by far, and should not be attempted to be reach by life first.
We can organize life in our solar systems first. Microbes can live on other planets, and satellites, with artificial conditions, created from us, for them to live.
