We had 135 Farenheit on our front porch, thanks to sun reflection, and, grey paint, on a white wall.
You could say it was extreme danger if you stayed there too long.
It’s also without the humidex factor calculated in, which, this chart above is about.
So, with the humidex, it’s safe to say that, it’s off the scale.
They only use 110 , 25 degrees less than the natural 135 egg cooking temperature.

During the winter, I had people on my friends list denying climate change. They were asking “Zomg! If global warming is real, why is it extremely cold and snowy during this winter?”. Few days ago, they were complaining that the weather was too hot. It took me every bit of self control not to mock them and say “Al Gore was right afterall, eh?”.

When you deal with high-volume of data, you need the data to be more effective than graphics to take space and increase costs, without producing much profit, or, even, running at a loss.
When parties to this security then try to turn around and hold the one spending the efforts to get proof of the extra costs , liable, it’s obvious they try to cause problem with it, as a weapon.
That is why graphics is often good for users, but of less use for administration.
