After a few rough calculations, it looks like Ish could pay for Omega status just by extracting the monthly gain of skillpoints. Guess this also explains why PLEX are expensive, if a Omega can earn about 1.5 billion a month just extracting fresh new SP, that’s a kind of base price tag for a month’s worth of subscription. It’s been a shocking find, tbh.

Essentially Steam has given up trying to control or limit the amount of garbage uploaded on the service because it caused many angry discussion and troubled opinions with their personnel. So now it will be up to the PAYING customers to decide whether a game should be sold or don’t. So far Keen from Keen & Graevs talks about impending school shooting titles or worse, and Wilhem Arthur from The Ancient Gaming Noob guesses that something terrible will happen to stain Valve’s and Steam’s image sooner than September 1st.

I bought Ancestor’s Legacy on GOG in favor of Steam and can’t play because “technical difficulties in releasing the game”. It came out 2 weeks ago on Steam and is nowhere to be seen on GOG. I don’t want to refund it (yet) because it’s going to be a pretty awesome game, but it sure as hell will be the last 1C Company game that I’m ever going to buy. The scumbacks aren’t even answering questions about the GOG version on GOG, they’re doing it on ■■■■■■■ Steam. Treating us like third-class citizens.

The game alone looks nice. Attack your neighbour and burn his henhouse and barn before he sends 20 wikings to your henhouse. It looks somewhat similar to AOE 2.
