Political discussion has never been allowed on the EVE Forums. It always causes problem. The fact that you were able to get away with it by embedding deep into another thread is remarkable.

Yes, I remember as long as I have been here. Threads were closed for those reasons. It would be strange if that would change. The forum rules are clear in that. There are better places on internet actually to intellectualize against all the things.

That’s the thing. It wasn’t about politics and it didn’t cause any problems, either. We actually had an intellectual intercourse again, the first one in ages.

These threads were reported multiple times. ISD is just few volunteers. Too few these days it seems. 
Who would want to spend his precious time to oversee a bunch of forum troublemakers when there are so much more fun things to do. Me certainly not.

Meh…
For me these forums are not the only place I can share my ideas. I have coworkers in job that usually talk about politics, sex and other stuff these forums cant handle. If its moderated or not, its of little meaning to me. I can always close it or dont engage with convrsations with person I think will be unable to understand me or unable to see my point of view.
