I used the cell phone camera as a screen capturing tool.
Since I work in this field, my own tool can be more reliable and grant me more intellectual property without having to rely on cookie cutter products (which some people in the intelligence community don’t like, since it may interfere against the benefit of their results).
This laptop which is mine at this time, has Intel for Video system, and does not run NVidia.
Additionally, the store selling the hardware also has the same bug on all their hardware, most of which with peculiar differences.
Needless to say, it’s rather annoying intelligence wise.
PrtSc / SysRq also does capture the screen, and so does the EVE Online ingame client (it places the capture in the Screenshot folder, as you mentioned).
So, if the processor is not responding, and, I take a screen capture with the same on board, micro-processor (CPU, Central Processing Unit) which you suggest, I can do this or that.
However, in my book, when the device is jammed, it is not operational, and therefore, the second, cell-phone, chip is usable and used.
Now, don’t get me wrong, it’s very possible both are unusable, in which case a 3rd chip would be required.
Another option is to use another party to activate their device(s), like if you or someone else had one that worked.
I do have NVidia card and it doesn’t have that program.
It also only has 1 GB video RAM.
As I mentioned above, I find my own programs more useful due to past attacks against my work and ongoing litigation.
I don’t associate like you say.
