Yes, it’s a small project and the AI has had little training yet. Floating trees are a recurrent issue…
And now i’m off to bed. Nighties lovelies!
PS: “cojones” has a lot of uses, none of them civil since it’s a curse word. Its less nasty meaning is a vulgar word for “testicles” (like “bollocks” in English) but it also is a part in common curses. “¿Qué cojones…?” = “What the f…?”, “Estoy hasta los cojones de…” “I am fukking sick of…”. Also being a word about male anatomy, has lots of uses in a meaning of courage or manliness (a bit like some uses for “balls” in English). Not literal, but “Echar/tener cojones” =" Grow/have a pair"
The owner guides it with a wire tied to him. If the wire shortens, the robot knows to slow down/stop. If the wire pulls, the robot moves faster. Also tracks the angle of the wire to know when and where to take a turn. Carries up to 50 kg over 12 km and can be folded when not in use.
Such a prolific word in meanings they’ve uttered in the show, then. The translators did translate everything into English dubbing except that word. But the viewers do understand the meaning immediately.
I finally sat down and finished watching the last episode of Money Heist today. It was spectacular, marvelous, fantastic. The suspense was crazy tense…in a good way. I never predicted the final outcome. But then then, in the middle of the episode I had chain Déjà vus. I felt like I’ve seen it all before. Maybe the credit roll was similar to the end of one of the first seasons.
But that will take some months yet. So now i’m off to bed. nighties lovelies!
Also: funny how I know what this is…
…but never saw it at a cinema. Probably. I mean, I watched “Return of the Jedi” when I was a child and thus the THX intro would have been played… Anyway I just recall watching the film, I didn’t know what Star Wars was. It happened during an activity with my school, we visited a museum in the morning but the place we had to visit after lunch was closed and so they brought us to a nearby cinema.
I, too, remember it. They used to show it in the cinemas until early 2000’s. The Simpsons parodied it like they did everything:
Another intro, The Playstation intro was so loud, but majestic at the same time. Maybe today’s jingles would sound as good if we were still using CRT TVs.
Once again i am at the point where I consider why I am still playing War Thunder, and looking for replacements. I bought No Man’s Sky but then the game spent the first two hours trying to kill me before I effin knew what was going on, and that seriously soured my mood. So by the point I had moved away from the first planet trying to kill you, I was uninterested. Built a proto-base but still couldn’t get the grasp of how inventory is supposed to work and it already was full, so I said to myself “maybe another time”… which in my experience means that sometime in the future I will think “WTF is this junk still taking up HDD space?”.
Also my stint with Chimeraland ended when both clients (EU Steam and SEA) stopped working for 10 days or so, meaning I got my Chimeraland itch and had to beat it since the game wasn’t working. Aaand, that was all, I no longer care about it. On the positive, Chimeraland has proved to me that I can deal with some cartoonish style, so maybe someday I’ll give a try to WoW… just not now.
Looks really good… but I guess it needs a ray-tracing card? Anyway yesterday I logged in to GTA Online after 2 years (according to Steam?) and just kept crashing on stuff… eventually dropped my car and picked a taxi back home (fortunately I still remembered my office’s address). Might try a comeback if I keep feeling disappointed with War Thunder and can’t find anything to replace my “long playing game” slot…
Huh… Might be legit as a very early build, or might be an elaborate fake. Guess we’ll know in a couple of years, maybe. But now I’m off to bed. Nighties lovelies!
