I was aware of the double entendre, but was in a rush to express that that boob looks as hard as a rock on which you could break “nueces” which in Spanish are chestnuts and nothing else. In Spanish “nuts” are called "frutos secos", literally dry fruits as in them not having juice, but the cathegory also includes juicy fruits which have been dried out such as raisins (pasas) or dried apricots (orejones, literally “large ears” because of their shape). So I thought “tan dura que podrías romper nueces con ella” and became “so hard you could break (chest)nuts on it”.
So yes there was a potential double entendre but really was not my intent.

Hmmm… muscle is obviously more dense thus it feels “heavier”. Scientifically, muscles average at 1.057 g/cm3 (depending on hydration and myelin content) whereas density of fat hovers around 0.9 g/cm3.
So yes, for equal volume, muscles are heavier than fat*. 
*actually, muscles would sink in water (1.05 > 1.0) whereas fat would float on it (0.9<1.0). And this is why chubby divers need ballast to achieve neutral buoyancy
