Most of the wealth in america is in the hands of the top 1% such as those in the Military defense complex. Billions of taxpayers money is spent on weapons for never ending wars benefiting them, not the public, for which the political class get their cut. America has been involved in war after was since WW2. Over 100 billion has been sent to ukraine. Europe is not much better , now in recession thanks to their lust for war.
