The Like and Get Likes Thread IV

One of the things I always hate with AI is there seems to be some sort of default for everyone to pose as if for a Vogue shot. You can have a monster coming up behind someone and it’s like ’ Let me pose for Vogue’

Would be kinda funny in EVE though…every frozen corpse in a fashion pose.

Time to go to sleep… my AI slop project has gone south, I’ve realized it would mean too much work above my skills. So I will try something else which probably will go south because of lack of AI training on what I want to show, but I’ll give it a shot. Night night people!

Yes, he hand-painted the rain strokes. Also held the model’s clothes in place with wires he also painted over.

The ritual dancers wearing these elaborate outfits of woven palm fibres and wooden goblin masks would dance before the collective houses of men (ravi) to protect the settlement from evil, establish taboos and initiate young men into adulthood.

Time to go to sleep… I’m making progress with my latest AI slop, adding complexity to see where it starts breaking apart. But so far it’s holding up. Night night lovelies!

Also: you gonna love it…

comparison, thats the place from a famous catastrophic flooding of border control

Looks like the best places to build were also the worst for survival. One can wonder why were they so good to build, maybe they were already cleared by such floods in ancient history, before people settled there. Or people engineered the ground in such way when they were building there.

Video about how it happened

This event is peanuts compared to some of the freaks hidden behind geological features, but it’s the first time we have recordings of what it means “and then x-illion tons of water and debris rushed down 2 km of mountain slopes and once they reached the valleys below they hit whatever was on their way as a wall of water 50 meters tall and moving at 150 kph”.

People on their way had no chance at all and only god knows how many bodies will have been grounded out of existence by the debris, how many people will remain missing forever…

Some of the reports i read were at the narrowest parts of the valley, the water/debris hit as high as 300ft tall and between 105 and 110 mph.

Nothing in the world would have held that back. There were many communities literally erased in seconds.

Time to go to sleep… as usual the simplest things turn to be impossibru for AI, but nothing too bad, I’ll choose skirts over shoes. Night night lovelies!
