Then in this thread the symbol of redheads and pretty smiles she is!

Yes, indeed. That is correct.
She and others may possibly make appearance(s) over time.
Were you in a skyscraper by any chance?
Good night.
Time to go to sleep… night night lovelies!
No, it costs too much. My last project is going to be a frame off restoration of my truck. My m8’s Hemi powered Jeep had a front wheel fall off due to a bad ball joint. Summertime project repairing all the damage. Next is 2 coworker’s cars and a valve cover gasket for mine.
Any more questions for a lifetime mechanic/tech?
I pastedit here becuase its offtopic in that other thred.
So your wife plays EVE also? She like to scan?
Are you on two computers or you sharin one together?
My bf bugs me when I play so I lock the door. I think he jealous of my Venture
What is crucial in such scan is not only perfect skills for scanning and good ship for it. It is also using directional scanner first to locate the area where target is, then using probes only for one scan cycle in that area. For example people running sites usually are at the planets, because sites more often appear there. People in safes can feel pretty safe so will not even defensively dscan that often.
Also people can have already prescanned sites and will just directional scan them then warp in.
Here in my neck of the woods we are kind of used to extreme weather caused by cut-off lows loaded with cold air which encounters the warm air from the Mediterranean. They’re known to cause massive rainfall and local floodings, but generally they don’t take many lives, or any.
Right now, there are at least 95 people dead, and five more missing after a rainfall of about 250 mm has caused a shockingly large and fast flooding. It’s the deadliest event of this kind since 1957. In rainfall terms, it’s just the fifth largest in history, but many explanations will be demanded as for why the flooding has been so fast, so violent, and why (apparently) warnings were issued too late and many people didn’t have time to evacuate before the floods started.
It’s kind of appalling that this has gone so wrong when it’s a well known kind of extreme weather and we should be able to keep people safe… it happens nearly every year!
In Spain we call them “gota fría”, cold drop, refering to how they’re a blob of cold air stuck over a region, causing thunderstorms and rainfall as the Mediterranean feeds them warm humid air.
95 dead… how in heavens has this gone so wrong??
Night night, lovelies.
How well do you know the King? Ever eat dinner with him?
The moment you realize when you finish a skill training and get the “skill training completed” notif and sound, saying that “skull training completed” is not entirely wrong.
Happy Sinking Anniversary of the Atlantis continent!
Time to go to sleep… death toll is 158 victims already and the search for missing persons and corpses in wrecked cars, flooded structres and such continues. Also, the cut-off low persists and is still causing rainfall in different regions, not as severe but it’s shocking that it hasn’t lost all energy with what happened on the 29th.
Night night, lovelies.
Added to my next year’s shopping list.
Pumpkin scented candle or the side dish one that Campbell’s just released.
Satellite imagery taken on October 8 and October 30 show the before and after of this week’s flooding in east-central coastal Spain.
I saw the photos on the news. It is more catastrophic than I thought. Cars piled up in bunches due to the deluge. The count of people lost their lives increasing every minute. My condolences to Spain & its citizens. These deluges appears to be the new norm around the world.
I saw video what happen in Spain and video of woman lost everythin and they look for missing people maybe dead and many damage to everything. Too sad.
Big international companies break our planet and want to make us pay for it
Repsol should be forced to pay for their crimes!
The victims count is at 201, still many people missing but there are no official numbers. Volunteers moving in helping as they can, netizens organizing help through WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, people volunteering to go check on people disconnected, all sorts of help and solidarity as professionals arrive and organize. Also some looting and pillaging, because… people.
The warnings came late. We sitll don’t know why but many towns got an alert while they were already flooding, despite how everybody knows what’s gonna happen downstream once the places upstream flood. The cause to this floods is a recurring kind of extreme weather, we know it, and usually people can just move out of the way of the flood, but the warnings were late, or not stern enough, and many people got caught on the road while trying to evacuate.
Of my internet acquitances, one lady has a nephew living in a village called Paiporta, which is becoming the ground zero of the disaster. On the 29th the girl was incomunicated but located on high ground, she was safe, now she’s moving to meet the family in Valencia with her three months old baby, she’s walking on foot until reaching a place they can pick them up with a car, but it’s gonna be difficult because many roads are messed up. She’s lost her belongings, all the baby stuff, even the pram and the baby’s papers, luckily she’s still breastfeeding and has food and water for herself so the baby will be uncomfortable but well fed. Tonight they’re staying with friends and tomorrow will try to plan a route to a pick up point, or hitch a ride if some road opens. She can’t stay in Paiporta, all shops are either destroyed or have already been looted for food and water, volunteers and authorities are coming with help but the town has no water, no electricity, no phone, and not even the sewers are working, it’s a complete disaster and will need heavy machinery to clear up the crashed cars, the rubble, tons and tons of mud, all while looking for bodies… and the same goes for other villages and towns.
How can this have gone so wrong? And also, is this kind of freak cut-off low bound to become a new normal?
Anyway, it’s time to go to bed and wait for further news tomorrow. Night night, lovelies.
