the wee woo is/was audio that played when the basilisk (with the correct skin on) comes out of warp and/or reps someone.
like an ambulance or firetruck siren.

Joke aside, I may be the only one out here that knows for a fact that EVE has sound.
It is --to me-- a fundamental ingredient on the immersive experience recipe and I have voiced the need for an overhaul on the matter.

Just to illustrate, I replace the Discord and TS files to improve such experience with silly things like the NASA’s Mission Control comms open channel “beep” or “Quindar” tone. --kinda quaint of me! I shall spank myself in shame!–

So with specific actions, come specific sounds that indulge my ears. That’s how important it is and why I truly hate some of them.
Dunno, maybe a bit of honing love to the SFX in EVE might provoke a massive unmute.
