I understand CCP intends to phase out player owned starbases. I am a POS owner but not currently using it for anything now, or in the foreseeable future. Should people like me liquidate those assets now, before they inevitably become useless around that update?
And what about for people who just sit on their stuff and do nothing. Will POS assets become redeemable in some way, after they are made obsolete?
There will be a buyback or some other compensation.
You could try to sell your POS stuff, but there is massive oversupply and prices have dropped already a fair bit. I would just hold on to them at this point and wait for CCP to announce the reimbursement plan. I think we are probably only a few months from that.
