The whole domain Tools4Eve.com will be going offline by the end of December 2023.
You have a month to prepare to move your characters elsewhere and use other related tools.
I cant recommend any external sites that provide the same info/tools atm.

As owner of tools4albion.com I like the domain name you chose. 
Part of the tools4eve was the skillboard that ccp requires for selling characters. We also used it internally for our standing service
CCP why are you dragging your feet when people that are ACTUALLY helping your product ask to join the Eve Partner program???
These developers are adding so much value to eve and deserve some recognition!!!
