I have three chars on this account. This main who has open windows in jita and cannot log in at the moment claiming ânetwork problemsâ and two other chars on this account. The other one in jita too is very unskilled and has no open windows in jita and can log in and lastly the char outside of jita with no open market windows also can log in. So I suspect those who say it has to do with the market are closer to the truth. edit*When I log in on this char to jita I briefly see a blank âassetsâ window before it goes black with a ânetwork communication has been interruptedâ/edit
Unlikely. Some of us donât even get as far as the character select screen before losing connection. Thatâs not gonna be the marketâs fault.

Whats interesting is I have a singular account, I can log into both of my Alts that are down in Catch just fine, My main which is up in the Forge area will not connect. Iâll get the same âConnection Lostâ error that other posters have mentioned.

I very much hope CCP is taking people to task on these increasingly disruptive network issues. Itâs clear that the root of the DDOS attacks cannot be mitigated and their own security team or their outsourced partners are not doing a good enough job in response. It can not be acceptable that this is the state of reality for their product, or their customers. Just browsing through their Status Twitter account shows a litany of increasing network issues - not decreasing. I hope CCP is working to get their house in order and not accepting the status quo. Shake up the security team. Shake up your DDOS Mitigation and Network partners. Do something different. Itâs clear the current set-up is not working and given how 2020 has gone, there is very little evidence of performance giving your customers confidence itâs going to get better in the near term.
