I’m having this, Was fine yesterday
I, just moments ago, have nothing on my launcher. I know it’s my launcher only because it is a solid white rectangle, same as my normal EVE launcher.
UK. Sky Broadband (a major UK ISP).
No disconnections today (been in game for about three to four hours). No noticable lag or problems.
One disconnect yesterday while in an Abyssal site - but managed to reconnect and save the ship (a HAC in Tier 2 is overkill).
I had the certificate mismatch problem a couple of days back as (I suspect) you put the your response into place, but all well now.
Hopefully useful information.
To everyone else:
Eve is not WoW or any other locally hosted, multi-server partitioned game. They aren’t even comparable. That some crook DDoSes them isn’t CCP’s fault - someone is doing this to them. The attacker is disrupting your play to hurt CCP… That CCP, with their partners, can keep the service largely running (currently 38k characters online - 20:10 NEST) in the face of such an attack is an achievement. I’ve seen these hurricanes from the inside: @CCP_Dopamine please pass on my regards to CCP’s network and security teams for a good fight in difficult circumstances.
Meantime, everyone else: please make sure you and your friends and family patch and keep systems up to date, and configure and use them in a secure way. The people that are attacking CCP and disrupting your fun rely of the security mistakes of others - don’t inadvertently help them.

I’ve had a service request in since yesterday afternoon with a WOW connection and they’ve requested a Ping and Trace. As usual, their ‘fix’ for the alleged DDOS seems to have broken the connection, and I don’t think this is the first time in the last 11 years they’ve done this with Knology and WOW. Pure triage mode, I’d say. Got 4 accounts with about 40 years total gameplay that have been rendered completely useless.
After logging to my support account I receive “500 internal server error” if I try to look at my Bug Reports and Third Party Applications.

No issues with game , only problems with chat but that’s XMPP de-sync.
I can only notice that the database lag (contracts especially).

I still cannot stay logged in for more than a few minutes, if I can log in at all. This has been going on since the patch on Friday. It takes normally 4 -5 attempts just to complete the daily log in rewards.
Have you submitted a Support Ticket about it?
Still getting constant disconnects generally within minutes of logging in. Any updates on whats doing on?

I have Wow! and have been unable to log into the game and connect to the server for 3 days now.
Can’t stay log in for over 20 mins now tonight. Moon mining plan is disrupted. Not much worth to mine anyway…
CCP are there any updates about what’s going on? I’m starting Day 3 of no access to accounts? If I’m lucky, I might be able to logon for like 5 minutes before I’m booted. Ya’ll keep saying that the vast majority of your customers are fine … that’s not helping the customers who are not. Additionally, what’s up with the ticket system? We can’t even access the tickets we put in to try to help fix the issue.
connectivity issues remain ongoing (frequent disconnects, difficulty connecting)
omega character status not properly reflected preventing simultaneous account login
skill training queue wiped on a character and multiple (unknown) days training time lost
this has been ongoing for months, but never quite this bad before… am disappoint.

Still trouble logging in. Can’t login with more then 1 account. Haven’t been able to mine in over a week now. Orders are starting to back up. Please give us atleast an update. Also not receiving notifications about new contracts ATM even though the setting is set to on for both history and popup.

Chat service is F again, channels ar empty and relogging wont help …
The same here, local chat is empty while there are people around me in ships.
All chat channels are blank.
