Don’t do this… buy an MTU to drop. Drop it while you’re doing the site and bookmark it. After you’re done with the site, scoop it and the loot. If you want to salvage, go get a cheap destroyer with salvage rigs on it and warp to the bookmark
The MTU and the fitted destroyer will cost you much much less than just the Noctis hull. Noctis is just not worth having.
