I went into my corp to add a decoration but the button to make a new one has disappeared.
Is there some solution to be able to start making decorations for my corp ?

Submit a Bug Report. please.
If enough of the CEO’s report, maybe it will move up the priority list and we can get a repair.

I too can not create a decoration.
I too am facing this issue. I’ve submitted a support ticket about it, and I think you should as well to increase the awareness of this bug.
I also cannot see the “Create Decoration” button. I enjoy giving my members medals of recognition for their accomplishments in New Eden. I have pressed F12 and created a help ticket in regards to this. The GMs have always provided me with excellent service when I submit help tickets. o7
