I’ve created a new profile for an omega character. When I go to Settings - User Interface and scroll down to Color Theme, there’s no Create New Theme button. Why?
Btw, I have tried removing all settings (deleting, local and anything I found in registry), reinstalling the game, etc. I can see the CUSTOM THEMES label in the panel but there’s nothing under it. No button. Just a gap until the colour blindness options.

I just logged in, alpha clone, and i can see th3 create new theme button faded out
NVM all, GM says they identified an issue and it will hopefully be fixed in a future patch.
