Settings - User Interface and scroll down to Color Theme, there’s no Create New Theme button, still. On any of my characters. I added a bug last October/November. Was hoping it would be fixed by now.
Thought I’d provide an update to this as situation has changed:
I built a new PC with new OS install, new Eve install, etc. and the Create New Theme button is back. I suppose we conclude there’s a sneaky setting or corrupt config file somewhere that caused this. I had previously tried nuking all Eve-related settings on the old box. Anyway it’s now fixed.
Throw hands in the air… strange but true.
