Unable to assemble bought ships on sisi have tried logging still same, the link for reporting bugs is also broken.
Bought thanatos in npc station tried to assemble nothing happened, had to use multifit option to get it assembled and fitted.
Double clicking a ship will work as well.
I had this problem too, reported as a Bug.
FIX FOR ME: deleted cache, unselect Singularity as a server. empty trash and reboot.
select ‘download everything’, reboot until massive downloads stop. Get TQ pilots going again, (also cleared up some local problems there too). Unselect ‘download everything’, select Singularity again. Login and assemble ship.
