Unable to log in using phone

Currently using an Iphone 4S on IOS 9.3.1 and using safari browser. When I go to log into the forums, I do the SSO login and it brings up the screen where it asks which character to log in as, and for some reason it doesnt let me select any of the characters so I cant log in.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Same handset, same browser, same problem.

It lets me highlight a character, but the select button at the bottom of the page never activates.
