I have been unable to get access to my account on Singularity since I changed my password on all three accounts tied to my email address. I can access without issues on Tranquility, since the new password is fine, but Singularity is not updated and the Forgot Password option goes to an error page. I have submitted a trouble report but they advised to create a thread here since they can only assist with issues on Tranquility.
