I have not read anything about reselling in this thread? Maybe i’m blind, but this is about buying PLEX from CCP or an official reseller. So would you please take your time to read through the special offer page from CCP and also linked on the left side of the PLEX section in the store.
Third party resellers are a valid thing if they are official resellers that provide you a game code that you then activate in your account with CCP. No one is handing over PLEX ingame, if that happens, that would be the RMT you are searching for and will you get banned.
You buy a code. You activate the code in the CCP store. Stuff gets dropped in your redeeming queue. Thats the only legal way to buy at third parties that are registered as official resellers with CCP.
And on the special offer page, you can either execute a direct purchase of 80k PLEX for 2000$ or contact CCP for an offer specially tailored to your needs if you want to buy more than 80k PLEX.
