Okay, this thing had been bugging me for months. What I discovered was that, long ago, I had started but not finished the Industrialist training. Only did the first 3 missions, then went off chasing my fortune.
See if you’ve left something like that hanging. I went back, completed that training, all 10 missions. Exited the game, and today when I logged in, GONE! YMMV, but give this a try.
