UNDOCK BSOD (Black Screen of Death) after Uprising

After uprising patch, frequently undock to a black screen which sometimes “wears off” and sometimes wears off AFTER invulnerability timer wears of and worst of all sometimes, NEVER wears off without rebooting.

All of which gives anybody near who wants to kill you ample opportunity to easily kill you.

What is the problem and when is the fix?
