Upwell Hauler Glitch?

Is there currently some glitch with the Upwell haulers?

• Avalanche - all T2 RHMLs went offline (was able to remedy after docking, waiting ~15min and then re-onlining)
• Torrent - same issue, but with T2 RLMLs (went offline, couldn’t re-online as there wasn’t enough power grid; waited ~15min and then I was able to mysteriously re-online them again).

  1. did you submit a ticket ?? I yes please add ticket number.
  2. when, how ? Where you toggling then offline ? Where you doing nothing in space, and they were disabled while you changed system ?

  1. No (CCP has a history of not responding to tickets - at all). Let’s just leave it at that…
  2. After undocking (just noticed the modules greyed out). Nope, nothing more than transiting from one destination to the other. I noticed it mid-journey on both (<4 jumps) so I honestly can’t say when it happened.

Please make a ticket if that happens again, and add the ticket number in the first post.
I agree that this can seem sometimes worthless but it’s so far the best you can do to help them reproduce or understand the issue.

Did your ship go to someone else ? When someone else use a ship his skills are used and modules missing skills are deactivated.
I guess no, but better ask.

If it does, I will (thanks). No - the ship wasn’t transferred between characters or anything exotic like that. I literally just glanced down mid-journey and saw that my RHML launchers were all offline - and I couldn’t re-online them (despite having full capacitor).

After fixing my Avalanche (which took ~15min) I boarded my Deluge. Everything in the fitting window indicated all modules were online. On undocking, the 3x RLMLs were all offline. On a hunch I decided to display all passive modules and saw my afterburner, passive shield amps and shield extenders were all offline.

I re-docked and in the fitting window everything indicated online, so I offlined everything one by one and tried re-onlining them. That’s when I found I didn’t have enough grid, so I disabled the RLMLs, onlined everything else, undocked, waited a few minutes, docked up again, waited a few more minutes then was able to online the RLMLs.

Honestly, first time I’ve ever seen this happen for any ship.

I think that happened to me a few years ago on a cynabal. Actually Happened ALL the times I undocked on a specific shipfor a specific char.
I guess some of my skills were not applied correctly and made the fitting incorrect.

Did you have a booster expire during that time ?

Nope. The only booster I have active is a Genius cerebral accelerator with 5+ days left.

no implant with PG/CPU bonus ?
IIRC I had to repackage the ship to get rid of that.

Nope - the only engineering implant is a EM-806 in the mids. I didn’t have to repackage the ship, but it did require a few dock/undocks, offlining and re-onlining modules.

Can’t find the BR in support “my activities”.
Please if this happens again make a BR.
THEN try to repackage your ship and ask a support ticket to be reimbursed rigs.

IIRc this also happend a lot in a VNI when I was ratting in NS. Was like 7 years ago.

Just re-boarded my Torrent and undocked - all modules were onlined. Ditto for the Avalanche - no issues. Just checked the two Upwell haulers (Deluge) on my other two characters - all modules were online (same as indicated prior to undocking).
