HAHAHHA lmao CCP has a notification to fix their game

I don’t understand the changes to the command ships. Why’d they lose their ostensibly defining attribute: 100% command burst range increase? The Nighthawk is now just a slightly tankier Drake that can field two command bursts instead of one. Do we have to rely on boosters and implants for range now, or does boosting outside of a roid field not matter anymore? The Navy Drake now has a better burst radius than the command ship!

I Understand that they wanted to give different roles to fleet and Attack CS, but lowering the Attack CS to 50% Bonus of the Base hull seems enough or me.
CCP may feel to raise the range bonus for fleet CS then. :stuck_out_tongue:

I thought those were fleet command. Maybe they can drop the command burst specialist and wing command skill requirements since they’ll never be in range.

Well, the former is about reload time, but yeah, the latter’s range bonus is now skewed downwards for 4 out of 8 ships.

I really doubt they’re going to change the skill prereqs because of changing 4 out of 8 ships, anyway. But stranger things have happened. Prereqs haven’t changed since Odyssey in 2013, IIRC? Despite the boosts coming on grid in late 2016.

Maybe they think everyone anchors? Maybe CCP don’t realize that there are small gangs that fly 50km’s from each other.

But if it doesn’t change ill swap from sleipnir to claymore for small gang as the sleip would be pretty bad after.

Nice to see CCP making my experience with the game even worse lately. From putting a trig invasion in every system I seem to try to setup in, costing me more time and isk…now wardec notifications dont work.

Logged in yesterday, no notification, nothing. Log in now…IN A WAR…so no 24 hour warning. Complete fukkin BS, almost lost a structure because of it.

Seriously…if ■■■■ doesnt improve, i’ll be back on the unsubbed list.

Please read patch notes…the burst effect is STRONGER…thats the side effect to no range bonus, and the nighthawk can do upto 1300 dps with HAMs now…

If you cant read the notes properly, dont bother replying to a thread cause noone can help you

The 30km range is a fine nerf to all 31 pilots of small roamy link sleipnirs. The anchored Sleipnir may not notice that change. Then whoever took that shield link for a highslot invuln will be delighted.

Astarte looks less sad than before. It’s still slow, can’t be fitted to tank on cap recharge, needs boosters with a 400m3 cargohold, but atleast the Astarte had one of it’s biggest flaws fixed and align time was cut from almost 10 to a bit more than 8 seconds, and the speed is ‘fair enough’ now.

Changes are a bit weird with the shrinking link range, but they are definitely intriguing. And if you like Sleipnirs with 2 XLASBs, those changes are great news.

Destroyer FFA was an awesome event and most fun I had for a long time playing EVE. It enriched the already broad possibilities to play eve with a long needed mode, which is available to new and old players, quick jump into action when not having a lot of time to play. All in all - awesome and bring the format back!! +100!

Thought you couldn’t use more than one ASB now?

Only Alliance Tournament had them restricted to one module only, far as I know.
