Why does the cloak hardening effect keep running down when my cloaking device is not active?

Hereās a new known issue:
Somebody has recently increased the volume of the station interior sound effects in Amarr stations.
Itās now super loud and drowns out everything else. I tried turning down the world level control to adjust for the increased station interior sound but then when undocked all the other world sounds can barely be heard, such as the whoosh sound during the jumpgate sequence.
This constant meddling with stuff that already works fine is unprofessional and gives the appearance that changing stuff just for the sake of change is only done in order to justify being employed.
If the team in charge of sound is going to mess with volume levels, at least include a volume level control for station interior sound thatās separate from the World Level control so we can adjust it to match all our other sound levels.

Gidddem kids messing with the volume knob and thermostat. Iāll give those rapscallions in audio a stern talking to.

lol, yeah, the Amarr stationās are really loud compared to stations for the other Factionsā¦

Why does my cloak stabilization timer continue to count down after I uncloak? What exactly is it stabilizing at this point?

Recent changes to graphics made Dark Abyssal sites much darker. The Tactical Overlay is barely visible in this setting now. Included below is a screenshot of the overlay in a site. The 10km marker is circled in yellow.

Itās been 9 days and the Station Interior sound effects are still super loud. Iām in Amarr space but the issue is now present in a Gallente Station - Chemal Tech.
Whatās with the damn fog horn constantly sounding off inside the station? Add that with the constant rumbling and every other sound effect is lost.
Just exactly how hard is it to turn the volume down a couple of notches?

Arenāt the different Factions suppose to have their own type of station sound effects? Seems to me they all sound the same now. Guess Iāll just make a list of all the stations with this issue.

With the Help Section receiving a big front page tile on The Agency, there is now no longer an EVE Academy link in-game that I can find. This definitely needs to be added back as soon as possible, given that EVE Academy is the best tutorial resource that new players have available to them, and it should absolutely be in a very in-your-face location

The videos in the Help Section are very quiet and cannot be made fullscreen. This, combined with the fact that The Agency window is locked in proportions, makes the video hard to see and hear

There should be a āThe Basicsā section for the video tutorials. Videos such as āSecurity Statusā are important for everyone to know, not just aspiring PVP players

I donāt know if the new Opportunities Panel is flagged to only appear for new, non-alt accounts, however in creating a new character to attempt to test this panel, I was unable to find it to access it in-game. This may be intentional, however?

Why is it possible to create characters with names that you cannot search? There is a character called āF YYā that you cannot search for because the game requires 3 letters as search term.

eveonline is consuming so many CPU usage now.
Did they ? Or something an update changed it ?
Seems to be more than it used to, Iām at near max CPU as well.
Hasnāt been fixed in nearly 2 months.
Corp still doesnāt enlist āwithout a server restart (24 hour timer)ā.
Do I need to @CCP_Dopamine or other CCPs regarding Issues in a Thread dedicated to Issues?
