In opportunies window the freelance job cards sort of “flicker”, this causes FPS drop to single digits and can last for up to 15 seconds, happends randomly. Also even opening that window halves fps.
You can emulate this flicker and fps drop my making local chat just the right width so it starts to flicker so i think there is a relation there.
My thinking is no. File a bug report as well?

I’ve never heard of any elements within EVE game client changing their name due to IP location. And I am not in russia, nor in any country that has russian or any Slavic language as their official language. So I should not be seeing this type of nonsense.
I guess I have to report it and see if CCP comments on it. But it’s so annoying to report bugs in this game…
No I saw it too about year ago. Then I removed them from my dscan.
Fitting window still have graphic model issues causing them to vibrate.
Using the shortcut for Dock/Jump/Activate Gate (believe default is D), does always enter warp, but does not always jump once at the gate. Verified this week with actually taking damage before manually issuing jump - again - to escape death from this error.
Issuing commands like Redeem / Deliver on more than a few items breaks the confirmation window.
This is known bug that is there at least since I started playing. And it is not related to using keyboard, it happens whether you use radial or button in select window.
I am 100% sure they keep this bug in game for a purpose as fixing it would prevent lots of destruction.
It is really stupid. They are nerfing legal means to get that destruction like ganking and wardecs and then they intentionally keep bugs like this or add new NPCs that kills players in highsec to offset those nerfs.

The AIR monthly progress resets at midnight, not at DT.

I experience this as well, very frequently.
When flying the Babaroga, the point around which the camera orbits while in space isnt properly centered and there is a slight lighting issue on the left prong while in warp.

Omega purchases are broken, you now need to relog to actually get the status change.
Notice how many people comment “it’s been that way for years / always” on the known issues you (CCP) forgot in the initial post.

Happened to me already long before Legion.
Since your last update, the system has been so unstable that it crashes too often.
Often, if I manage to log in, the skins will be missing, including all Paragon skins or the skin on my ship, which defaults to the standard skin. If relog it might solve that, but relogging itself is like the lottery,
The many crashes don’t make it reliable enough to fly or do anything. For the moment, I won’t log in, I would only lose ships. When you fixed that, I might reconsider it.
Still no fix nor recognition of that issue (persistent repair effets beams) by CCP although dozens of tickets have been opened by the incursion community. What are you doing guys ?
This is an old bug now, but it’s still here and it’s highly annoying:
When one has the contract window sized to minimum, the TE value doesn’t get displayed in full. I don’t know anything about coding but I assume this is text wrapping issue? Can we not get something as simple as this solved?
