How do you think scaling works?
If a range filters everything outside it, thatâs not scaling. Thats a filter. ![]()
Another issue is transparency for windows is set to Full when you log in. Have tried changing it to off, undocking, redocking, close everything. Relog and it is still set to full transparency.
Also, windows are not closing when you are disconnected. It gives you an error. You click it and windows stays open like nothing happened. Doesnât give the notification on all windows that have been disconnected.
why does the regular data analyzer not work?
Did CCP expect these kinds of bugs or no?
Yes, he has a filter selected for Fitting services, plainly visible at the bottom of his screenshot.
There are, at most, 22 of those available in any one system, so this determines the range it will be scaling the circle size and gradient against. Thank you for trying to keep up, however inadequate your efforts may have been.
Why are you using the term scaling for something that is filtering?
No wonder you are using wrong terms
I think you guys forgot to add type âExpedition Command Shipâ to the âTypes supportedâ list
- The Odysseus blueprint cannot be manufactured.
they already know this.
Set the scale range from 2 to 500 â you can adjust it as needed. From what Iâve seen, the narrower the range, the more âtoxicâ the map looks. Here
Maybe itâs a good idea to keep the size scaling to âLogarithmicâ. I didnât figured how it works yetâŚ
Also got issues with local not updating the player list
it works, but players should not have to go find one by themselves, it should be provided by the agent (as it is in the SOE arc and all the career arcs)
I have issues with multi screen. When moving mouse pointer to other screen it stays unresponsive until i press mouse like 10 times.
this was happening before the patch..
Circle colors do not udate synchronously with their numbers after a while. Check the systems Reteka and Gidali (a system with value 2 should have a brighter color) and the nearby system Nakregde should have the same color as Reteka has:
3d map no longer has a vertical axis compact mode like it had prior to update, bring it back please
Log scaling will give you better resolution when your chosen filter has a significant range of values. Jumps per hour, for instance. It will differentiate pretty well between 10 jumps per hour, 100 jumps per hour, and 1000 jumps per hour.
If youâre looking at something like station service counts, linear works better because the range is only 1-22 and all of the potential values are practically within the same order of magnitude. The compression provided by a log scale in that case is counterproductive.
Can you compare it with the Linear and Exponential scale?
