There is a sequence involved. Yesterday is the day before today.
Yesterday Exordium was in a prerelease/preview mode.
Today it is in release mode, because the expansion that contains the Exordium content went live. It is called “The Cradle of War”
This implies a change between yesterday and today as you already figured out by experiencing it yourself.
So what else is not understandable?
Kids these days, sheesh.
For the Titles, are there notifications in the notification widget and if so, where do I turn them off?
They were put up, but the rules have been clear that once it was fully live (today) nothing could be anchored
I actually missed this in the patch notes:
User Interface:
- The volume value for courier contracts shown in the header of the contract details window will now always show up to 2 decimal places.
This IS really, really amazing! 
I wish you had not done the screw over part in the previous expansion but this is really good news. One lazy scam out of the window!

The main problem with this expansion is the artificial limit. If someone wants to keep helping their faction, they should be allowed to do it.
I was hoping to feel like part of something bigger and work towards a common goal with other players. Instead, after mining 180k ore, the game tells me I’ve done enough for today.
That doesn’t make me feel like I’m part of a faction effort. It just feels like the game is stopping me from playing.
I don’t even need amazing rewards for doing more. A simple title, medal, or some kind of recognition would be enough.
Give us back out 1.0 sec systems back.
Or at least change 0.9 to have the old response of 1.0.
All the old 1.0 systems had fast CONCORD responce times.
How difficult is it to understand the temporal dimension? Just because you saw something somewhere yesterday does not mean it is there today. It has been pointed out a couple of times already that Exordium is live starting from today. No POCOs there.
Don’t hold your breath. There are bugs still in the game from when Incursion was released.

So I login to “Theatres of War” - zero campaigns available (other than hacking and FW). Exciting… (not).

Caldari: Hack or join FW. Or wait 16 hours to choose something else, lol. It looks like players will have 0/6 options available to participate…

can i get a refund or something if my customs office got removed?
they really shouldn’t have gotten rid of the caldari navy hybrid ammunition
why would you do that, knowing it would have been removed, per the rules. lol
it was a spontaneous decision because a lot of other corporations had put them up when i went there
