cant ccp make people who arent in your fleet become sus when they enter a combat site first
Sometimes the normal belt NPC rats warp to a station. Does not happen very often though. (Used to happen a lot more frequently many years ago) Eventually the NPC’s will leave, or get blown up by someone.
Anyone else running into the Launcher prompting you for an update (green download icon, upper right corner), then you click on it, the launcher closes - and when you re-open the launcher it’s gone - only to appear again after a minute or so - prompting you to update again.
Like, is there an update or not? And how many times do I have to click the download link to update the launcher - is there a magic number? lol
Addendum: This didn’t prevent me from logging into Tranquility when it came online.

The translations on the event sites are beyond stupid. FCCP is making a fool of itself.
I just ignore it. It’s the same as the lit up icon on the neocom telling me I have rewards when I don’t. Expecting EVE to work properly is about as optimistic as expecting my cats to get their own breakfast.

On a Mac it just informs me that there is an update that will be downloaded once I close my clients. When I close my clients, nothing happens. There is no download.
I think it’s just some error in launcher queuing or messaging. It doesn’t prevent me launching my clients, and it doesn’t cause problems running them. In other words – I completely ignore this message.

It is a combat site where you face multiple waves - you need “keys” to get in. This from the FCCP article:

so i’m required to find keys to enter these sites…well that’s not likely to happen, not at site spawn rates, ok thankyou for responding.

Find or buy on the open market, yes (they run ~300-350m ISK at present).
which sites have a higher likelihood of having them?
No idea. I’ve run the Crimson, Tetrimon and Criterion - nothing so far.
