If ive submitted a bug report or contacted Customer Services and logged a ticket, is there a way i can see what open stickets i have with CCP?

On the support website. But that’s only for tickets, not for bug reports afaik.

A bug report from the client is something totally different from a ticket on the support website. There is no interaction possible with bug reports. As i understand they are just to inform CCP about an issue. No one will help you directly on this or come back to you.
If you have a relevant issue where someone needs to do something for you, then you need to open a support ticket on the support website.
