I dropped CEO do some other things and gave it to a guy in my corp who has been inactive for a couple months.
The vote was successful. Show info on my corp shows me as CEO. How ever,
I do not have the powers of a CEO. Just regular access as a line member.
The Vote completed at 01:59 EVE Time. Do I Need to wait for the following down time?

Um, I don’t know, but if you haven’t already logged a support ticket I’d do that now. That way if it does require a DT to ‘kick in’ the support people will be able to tell you, and if it doesn’t the issue will be resolved faster than waiting for a DT and then logging a ticket.
