Is it typical to see excessive delays using the journal API ( [
/characters/{character_id}/wallet/journal/])? I’ve transferred isk between accounts and the journal will reflect it almost immediately. Today I’ve transferred isk and the API hasn’t reflected it in over half and hour.
/characters/{character_id}/wallet/journal/ have a cache time of 1 hour. So, that is the expected time between updates. Note that the cache is global, shared between everyone you give ESI access to.
