Correction : Something Really Pretentious took issue with all structures in Anstard. According to zKillBourd, the first 2 structures destroyed belonged to FreeMerchNoTax. Those structures had public docking permissions.
Three additional corporations had a single Athanor in system. Ten total structures in system when the war started. The opening attack reinforced 9 of them. They called off their fleet without attacking the final structure and returned a few days later to reinforce it.
