War decs should cost 10m additional isk for each outgoing war

Yes, what I interpreted was the literal definition of what you wrote.

And you’ve completely denied that any context for Jonah’s post above exists at all, except for your naive understanding.

Go figure.

However, you didn’t include the quote as the meaning of what you wrote, but as evidence to support it. That doesn’t change the context of what you wrote and there is no acceptable context other than the interptetation I applied above, which was based on an exact quote of your words.

unrelated BS.

That’s just a lie, to which I already answered.

So, more BS.

I figured that you are a liar.

Assuming the “quote” you refer to is the part “I am not, as it’s a fallacy” which was from the article I linked.

The quote I made is the one you used. It was a quote from the article I linked. It was just a quote, without any additional sense than being a quote. Not an evidence, not a meaning.

This makes literally no sense. The only acceptable context is the one from which that quote comes, that is the article I linked. " the claim ‘I am entitled to my opinion’ is a fallacy " Therefore saying that I am entitled to my opinion, like Jonah does, is a fallacy (which is actually ironical, but self derision is not a thing you could understand so no point in even trying to explain).
If you don’t understand that, well it’s your tissue.

It’s not. You literally said this (completely in context):

And yet, the context was perfectly fine.

Not your only lie in the thread of course. Another direct example:

Maybe just stop BSing your way through things and actually have some understanding that others here know what they are talking about and you perhaps don’t always.

I literally answered that just before, and you ignored that answer. So you can repeat the same thing, now it’s just became BS - been debunked once, is enough.

I explained why it was not.
You repeat that it was fine, yet I explained why it was not and you made no counter argument, thus dodging the point and using appeal to popularity, so BS.

Yeah, so you have literally zero argument.
I knew it.
Hunter got its prey. Hunter Happy !!!

cyka

Lack of cultural immersion leading to ignorance of nuance and subsequent off topic posting where pedantry and nitpicking are rife.

And still you did not even address my point, instead going for polysemy fallacy and appeal to popularity.

So more like, lack of argument on your part.

I can’t address your point because it’s based on your misunderstandings of the intricacies of the English language.

Yet it’s totally logical and you dodge it every time.

You can’t address my point because you know that you are a dishonest whore, and you position can’t be defended without hypocrisy and fallacious activities.

It’s based on a contextual misunderstanding on your part. It’s hard for me to dodge something that only exists in your head.

You can’t address my point because you know that you are a dishonest whore, and you position can’t be defended without hypocrisy and fallacious activities.

Medice, cura te ipsum.

It’s based on logic. You don’t want to accept my point and thus make it say something different from what it meant in the context. That’s disho… I repeat myself, so I’ll go for inconceivable.

It’s not hard to dodge my point ; It’s impossible for you to address it. So you dodge it every time, like you just exactly did.

edit : removed “■■■■■”, you did not insult me this time - at least I did not realize it.

I don’t assume to know what others are thinking. I just know that most of the time it’s abandoned structures that are exploding and we hope there’s some nice blueprint or something inside.

There could be many reasons why people don’t defend. Having to face Pirat and our reputation with how we fight can seem daunting, I admit. I don’t want to be the only big boogeyman in Highsec. I wish there were other groups that would aide others against us, but that just isn’t the case (thanks CCP).

I want changes that actively promote conflict. I want actually reasons to fight. Not every situation is going to seem fair, but that’s when players can use their noodle and come up with alternate solutions other than “roll over and die”.

Like I said, I wish CCP hadn’t destroyed Highsec to the point where Pirat was the only dominant group outside of Nullsec groups that hold an interest.

So going up on the cost of wars addresses a small issue tied to wars. Instead wouldn’t you rather tackle the much larger issue at hand here? Wars are for the most part devoid of any meaningful content and don’t serve much of a purpose. If CCP were to have content and profit as motivators you’d see other groups form and rise to oppose groups like mine. That won’t happen though as long as everyone if focused on small bandaids that continue to lead to infection.

——-

I want Eve Online and Highsec specifically to be a place where you can build the world and landscape you want… as long as it exists through a constant state of conflict. I want everyone to be able to mine, do industry, haul goods, and build vast empires for their collective group / friends but it should exist only after fighting for it and earning it.

What’s more interesting?

  • I play a game where I can do as I please with little consequence because everyone is happy farming in their own corner.

or

  • I play a game where everything I have was fought and earned for. I rose to the challenge before me and with those that stood on my side we prevailed (or lost)

I think Eve Online in general used to be the latter. Sure it is hard, can be a little less accessible to the mass of casual only players, but it makes for a better game. There are plenty of happy go lucky “MMO’s” but there’s a reason why most people that play Eve Online don’t like those games…

No, it’s not. You simply misunderstood the content and context of my post.

You don’t want to accept my point and thus make it say something different from what it meant in the contest.

Your point is based on a misunderstanding of nuance. I, and others, have tried to correct your misunderstanding but you’re literally being Balos at this point.

That’s disho… I repeat myself, so I’ll go for inconceivable.

Hey, it’s the pot and kettle scenario again.

The structure can loot bp outside of WH ???

Yeah, that’s my point : your claim, that this proves, is BS. it can be interpreted in different ways.

And CCP is for nothing in other groups helping against you. There is just nothing to do when you have a fleet of 10 T3C (I saw some in…between dodixie and hek, can’t remember the system.)

That’s your fault. You are literally aiming at people who can’t defend. And then complaining that they won’t defend. Well you already got told once by CCP that it’s bad for the game ; and yet you keep doing it.

I already wrote that this will end with CCP removing structures from HS. ALL structures. There is no clear definition by CCP of what is expected. Are people supposed to band together to defend a structure ? If structure become more expensive, people will just stop using them. Same if they are too easy to destroy. Why would people waste time to defend something they already paid for, when they don’t think they can win anyhow ?

Yes, it is. You simply can’t understand logic. Proof : you did not even try to address it.

My point is based on logic, while YOUR answer was based on a switch of the definition used, that is a polysemy fallacy.

You have not even once tried to prove that it is based on what you claim, so I call BS.

You did not even try to understand my point in the first place, so it’s BS. I literally told you that “people do understand me” was not an argument against my point, and you still behaved like it was. That’s the definition of dodging my point.

better the pot and your face. I guess the pot broke.

Please tell me who is a viable and reasonable target for us. Shall we go after the Test Keepstar? So we go from one extreme to the other: People that can’t or won’t defend their structure to groups that will bring 1000 space nerds to N+1 the grid.

No one cares about Highsec enough to commit to fights like this. Why? It’s just not worth their time, energy, and effort. Pirat can’t take on a null block in Highsec. That’s no lie, and we’d be silly to say otherwise. We blueball often for that very reason. Give us someone to fight with AGAINST the null block and that’s a different story. That won’t happen until CCP provides enough incentive to make Highsec matter.

Until then we grind structures in search of the rare instance where we can get a fight that we find “reasonable” and chasing idiots in their Occators hoping they drop capital blueprints or some ■■■■.

Present the logic behind your decision to dismiss the validity of both the content and context of the post in question.

If anyone is guilty of switching definitions to suit themselves it’s you. You’re the one confusing the word defend with the word protect, which while they are synonyms and often used interchangeably, don’t mean the same thing.

To wit :

You did not even try to understand my point in the first place, so it’s BS.

I agree, your point was bovine excrement.

I literally told you that “people do understand me” was not an argument against my point, and you still behaved like it was.

I haven’t argued against your imaginary point beyond pointing out that my post was contextually valid.

That’s the definition of dodging my point.

You don’t have a point to dodge, only one that can be safely dismissed as a misunderstanding or sheer bloody mindedness and pedantry.

You could always try pulling your head out of your arse and considering that you may have made a mistake, but past experience indicates that you’ll continue belabouring the subject and making yourself look like an educated fool.

A single kill in a war provided a nice 20 billion isk loot drop.
I don’t think 10m additional ISK per war matters when you got juicy kills like this happening.
