The current vaccine doesn’t stop the virus.
It only interferes against the symptoms.
It will be easier for people to spread the virus and to contract it,

Furthermore, there will be need for new vaccine to help to stop the virus from mutating.
The flu also has strains, and, seasons.
So does the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which is more effective in the winter months,

in some people, the antibodies response is too strong,

effectively causing them to cause internal and permanent damage to those organs.
So, once the agent causing the antibody to malfunction is better understood and, systems designed to control its damaging effect improved,
the aspect of the contagion can be better controlled as well.
This may be possible by finding ways to prevent the cohesion of the virus to function.
This is the 285 nm UV-C LED that will inactivate 99% of all viruses. The intense frequency of the 285 UV-C basically ’ dries out’ any liquid in that will be present in the shell of a virus.
Once the shell of the virus is dried out, the virus will basically fall apart, like a mud cake.
The LED is 5mm x 5mm and requires a special bread board to power it, which I haven’t purchased yet.
It is definitely better than a cloth mask as the mask fits snuggly to the face and is adjustable. A snug mask keeps Covid-19 particles from escaping the sides of the cheeks as well as from breathing in any Covid-19 particles that might have been recently sneezed into the air.
The mask has an N90 filter, which is not as good as the N95 filter, but with emphasis being placed on Front Liners having the best masks, N90 filters will function effectively function with the UV-C 285 nm LED upgrade to it.

This is a one protection solution.
It is not possible with vaccines to completely stop or even almost completely stop from spreading a virus that infects the upper respiratory system. The upper respiratory system does not and can not fight disease the same way as the rest of the internal body. That would be akin to having a vaccine that kill a virus on the skin. It just cannot be done.
The best we can get from an effective vaccine is that Covid 19 will be spread less, which is what I think you mean by what I quoted. But as you suggest, in a backward way, that could lead to it spreading more, with asymptomatic people ignoring protocols, as well as people feeling that since they are vaccinated, they can lower their guard.
Aside, up to now my opinion on Covid 19 was shaped by the idea that it was naturally formed, as the press has been pretty intent to either repeat that idea or dismiss anything contrary. But I have concluded that this virus is engineered by researchers, most likely through gain-of-function selective breeding, but possibly through DNA splicing as well. This means that whereas in the past we had rises and falls of function through mutation on a lower scale, now its all on a higher scale with more virulence and more death. Unlike the Spanish flu its not just going to mutate away to something usual.
And the above misinformation campaign was start of the misinformation about the virus that plagues us yet. From politicians on through researchers and pharmaceutical companies, the truth that Covid 19 is human engineered will be hugely damaging to the point it will even negatively effect the mass vaccination campaign (and its profits). And the press knows who butters their bread though there was a bit of breaking ranks with recent articles about gain-of-function experiments and proceedures that were going on in the laboratories at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Note that scientists around the world for years voluntarily refused to do such proceedures because of the obvious risks.
Even Dr. Shi Zhengli aka “Bat Woman” has expressed concern that the virus came from her own lab, (cited below) probably from an intern or some other person in the lab who screwed up, just like every human on Earth screws up every once in a while, including Dr. Shi herself…which is why gain-of-function proceedures are completely and obviously idiotic.
But they did it and always remember they did it with foreign funding from greedy idiots like the British Peter Daszak. This is on many people in the global scientific and business community though I am afraid many people will stupidlty try to pin all the blame on China, in their xenophobic idiocy. No one is saying it will. The point of the cloth mask is to slow the speed of (possibly contaminated) water droplets as they exit your mouth and nose. The slower they exit, the less they can spread out over time and the more likely they will fall on the ground and become inert for whatever reasons and less likely to land on a person (especially in quantity), be breathed by them or land on surfaces people will touch.
In short, your cloth mask is to protect others and your own mask is not meant to protect you at all. OTHER people’s masks protect you.
By this I am not saying I am a solid believer though. I see them as a bit more than a bandaid on a bullet wound and that’s all. People are going nuts trying to find guarantees, like hand santizer and cloth breath masks and social distancing, and deluding themselves in the process thinking they found a solid solution when they completely didn’t.
When people can’t get real security they will latch onto false security every time. And those that don’t believe in their false security they will label heretics and super spreaders.
Vaccines can be better, and respiratory system to avoid exhaling into others’ systems, so that they get infected from your exhaling can be prevented, and, in special forces using special gas masks for it, it does.

Even P100 masks don’t protect your exhale from carrying the virus out.
The masks with the UV lights inside are intended to stop the virus to enter your system by attacking it’s cohesion system, which actively renders it ineffective is multiple ways.
It otherwise stops it to infiltrate your system against your will, even if you invited it to, since it is so small that it can misrepresent your intention to refuse to consent to it to infiltrate you.
What you exhale if you are otherwise contaminated when not protected from the UV protection isn’t going to be disintegrated by the UV system.
