Warp Disruptor Probes in Low Sec

I’ve seen this twice now. Sabre launching a Warp disruptor probe in a 0.3 system. Siseide, Amamake, both had Sabres, both had an active warp disruptor probe launched and a clearly visible bubble. No other ships present.

Anyone know what’s going on?

Are those systems level 5 corrupted?

EDIT: According to the Insurgency Info panel, those systems are currently level 5 corrupted. So the corruptions mechanics apply:

Stage 5 - Max Corruption

  • UNIQUE: Highsec Only - Insurgency info panelAttacking ships, structures and drones is now possible without a criminal timer and CONCORD response. CONCORD will only respond to capsule kills or assisting someone with a criminal timer in the system.

  • UNIQUE: Lowsec Only - Sentry Guns will now additionally ignore all criminal timers in their presence. Players can now use Interdiction Sphere Launchers, Warp Disruption Field Generators, Bomb Launchers and Defender Launchers.

Yep. Level 5 corrupted.
I wonder how long that’s been in the game. I never thought it possible, but there it is.
