I’m running on Windows 11 and I have some weird character instead of space for numbers. I have it everywhere in the game.

Looks like the decimal separator is not properly replaced by whatever EVE or your local settings think the right sign is.
No idea how it happened or what you can do about it though.
I just changed my Windows region to my current one (was in English) and now it works ! Problem solved
