Hey there, with summer in full swing here, I might not be as active with this game. We just had our 35th wedding anniversary and my husband has planned a Caribbean cruise for early-mid August. We needed them to hammer out my dialysis schedule for the ship, otherwise we would be leaving now.
It actually works better for me, since the remainder of July will be spent on my main game training up my new character they recently released. While I enjoy playing on here with friends and family, EVE has slowed down a lot and that is expected. I know this will pick back up in the Fall.
Meanwhile, my grand daughter has access to my PC while I am away on my trip. I trust her to take care of the animals and behave herself online. I doubt she will play this game as she has shown little interest in it. She has her own games she would rather play.
Unless we drift off into the Bermuda Triangle, this is not good bye, just see you later.
Planning on visiting a few places like castles, zoos, art museums all in a few cities I haven’t been to yet. All short week-end trips including the beach. Already went to a big music festival 3 weeks ago and I’m waiting for the fair to come by.
Otherwise, I already live in the country and a picnic on a beautiful windy hill bathed in summer light is enough to make me feel alive.
I think the best zoos are out of state in Chicago. We haven’t been there in years, but if you even visit Chicago, the Lincoln Park zoo is free, open to the public, and has street performers as well. The Brookfield zoo is larger, has the primates, dolphin show, etc.. I wish we had castles here.
That must be a sizable drone… my son own 2 drones. One is a tiny one about 9 inches he flies inside his house. The other is large ( maybe 2 feet or more? ) and he takes it out to the park and films park concerts by the river. Nearest airport ( with airlines ) is a good 10 miles away.

Every yr, I fly out to 1990 ft on that same day just to tease them.

I’ve already gone to Chicago and seen its zoo. I’m in Europe, we have tons of castles and museums here. Next year I plan to go to Canada. I have family there too.
I read this wild rumor the landlady is going to be away this summer. I am planning a massive party with the girls from Deja Vu, kegs of beer, and seeking the loudest DJ on the planet. But don’t let her know, shhh… it is our little secret.
