when the Structure is in its final hull timer but it would changed to abandond state before the timer runs out?

I my case I have some Blueprints in research, but cannot stop the ongoing jobs because of deactivated service modules while the station has no more armor.

If it was fuelled and turned low power due to hull timer you should be fine with asset safety. If it turned off before hull timer, they’ll drop.
